Toys, Tech, and Teamwork – How My Kids Learn To Play Together

I couldn’t wait to have a family. Ada was a welcome surprise in our lives and we were thrilled when we found out we were going to be giving her a little brother- a best friend for life. If you’re a parent with more than one little one, OR if you have a sibling than you know all about “fairness” through the eyes of a child. Ada always wants what Grey has, Grey always wants what Ada has. This year for Christmas I’ve been so stumped on gifts because I would love my children to play together, rather then having toy envy. The issue I feel like we run into a lot is that with Ada being 5 and Greyson being 2, we often have a hard time with toys they can share being age appropriate for both of them. This year we lucked out BIG time with Wow Wee Robotics- Minion Mip!

If you can’t tell by that photo, they are a HUGE hit!

Straight out of Gru’s lair, this motion-detecting, self-balancing henchman is ready to play. Get up to all kinds of mischief with your very own Minion Mip Turbo Dave from WowWee. Packed with fun and games, this self-balancing robot speaks MinioneseTM the official Minion language, responds to clapping and hand gestures, and can be controlled from the Turbodave app on your compatible smartphone or tablet! The kids have so much fun waving their hands in front of him to direct him and always laugh when he does his dance and sings for them! Dave is full of personality and the only full experience robotic Minion that brings the Minion world to life.

It’s the best age appropriate tech gift I could’ve possibly gotten them! It has app pairing for robotic programming and AR experience through game play, which Ada is ALL about!

Greyson loves his Mini Minion Mip Turbo Dave with the remote control! It’s perfect for his tiny little hands and he feels like he has a toy just as cool as his big sister who he looks up to so much! As soon as we added the batteries he knew exactly how to turn it on and play!

He sat in this same spot by his Christmas tree and played for about and hour straight, only getting up to laugh and chase after his Mini Dave!

This year get those siblings something fun and unique! These Minion Mips get the kids up and running after them, they get the kids laughing and most importantly, they play TOGETHER without toy envy, without arguing. They play so nicely together and THAT is a Christmas gift to me as a Mom of three! A gift that just keeps giving!

Isn’t Mini Dave cute?

    1. Yes, exactly! I love when they can play nicely together, especially now with a newborn in the house, a little quiet time to just hold the baby is so nice!
